Golden Globes - Best Dressed

Award season is quite possibly my favourite time of the year in terms of fashion, it's the time that celebrities can pull out all the stops and many do not disappoint. Now I don't know about you guys but after pretty much every award night, I spend the next morning trailing through all the images taken on the red carpet, lusting over many of the beautiful and extravagant garments worn.

Just a few weeks ago the season kicked off with the annual Golden Globes (I'm sure you've watched the Leonardo DiCaprio meme with Lady GaGa?!) and like the years before i was in awe at many of the clothes, so I thought I would share with you some of my favourites from the evening...

Amber Heard - Gucci

I don't know what it is about this dress that makes me love it so much, but the blend of colours is so subtle and romantic.

Jenna Dewan Tatum - Zuhair Murad
The deep blue, sparkle and plunging neck line make this dress a particular favourite.

Rose Huntington Whiteley - Atelier Versace
Yet again Rosie looks effortlessly chic, and the gold accents her glowing skin perfectly.

Olivia Palermo - Delpozo

For her debut at the Golden Globes, Palermo didn't disappoint, her individual style shone through in this dress and I love the pop of red and quirky cut of the dress itself.

Gina Rodriguez - Zac Posen

One of my favourite actresses and one of my favourite designers, the perfect combination, and I'm a sucker for pockets.

Alicia Vikander - Louis Vuitton
I just really love the simplicity of her whole outfit.

Lily James - Marchesa
By far my favourite outfit from the whole evening, the iridescent material, stunning top and sultry smoky eye, makes Lily, in my opinion, the best dressed of the night.
